IT Manager, Tel Aviv District Area
If you are passionate about cybersecurity, a team player, and truly a people person, your place is with us! We are looking for a talented IT Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to join Memcyco, a fast-growing cybersecurity company innovating in the field of digital brand identity protection.
We are a fast-growing company, born in 2021, and are a leading provider of real-time detection and protection against digital impersonation fraud, eliminating its implications on organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
As our IT Manager, you will lead all internal IT operations and infrastructure, including:
Managing and maintaining our Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
Overseeing network infrastructure, connectivity, and security
Providing hands-on IT support to employees
Implementing and maintaining security best practices
Managing hardware, software, SaaS tools, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding
Working closely with security and engineering teams
Owning IT policies, inventory, and documentation
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows environments
- Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
- Solid understanding of networking: VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi
- Experience managing SaaS tools, SSO, identity, and access management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support a fast-moving startup
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in cybersecurity or tech startups
- Familiarity with macOS management
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
