Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE

Memcyco Ltd is a leading provider of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions dedicated to protecting organizations and their customers from the latest phishing cyber threats. We are committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering top-notch security services to our clients. As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

  • Own reliability: Design and implement systems, automation, and processes that ensure uptime, resilience, and scalability.
  • Build observability: Use foundational monitoring, alerting, tracing, and logging frameworks. Expand visibility into our services and infrastructure.
  • Incident response: Lead and improve our incident response process. Implement on-call rotation, runbooks, and blameless postmortems.
  • Own SaaS Ops: Own all site maintenance (online services)
  • Enhance performance: Tune our cloud infrastructure to reduce latency and cost.
  • Security and compliance: Support secure & compliant multi-tenant workloads.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–8 years experience as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or cloud infrastructure engineer.
  • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EBS, EKS/ECS, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
  • Proficiency with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana and CloudWatch).
  • Experience building and operating high scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms in production.
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.
  • Solid scripting or programming skills (e.g., Bash, Java, NodeJS).
  • Experience implementing incident management and on-call rotations.
